I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this provider. From the beginning, I was aware that my condition would likely require surgery. Despite this, I followed the treatment plan exactly as the doctor recommended, attended every scheduled appointment, and took all prescribed medications as directed, trusting the process I was advised to follow. I was told to wait a specific period to see results, yet after fully complying with the treatment plan for months, the results I was led to expect never occurred. I have been a patient at this practice for at least 4 months since last year, and I continue to be in pain with my problem unresolved. When I contacted the office to report my ongoing pain and lack of improvement, the individual responsible for scheduling appointments ignored both the length of my treatment and my full compliance. My concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. Instead of accountability, explanation, or a genuine effort to resolve the issue, I was told to find another provider if I was dissatisfied. This response reflects a serious lack of professionalism, follow-up care, and basic patient respect. Future patients should be warned: if your condition does not improve or if your concerns challenge the treatment outcome, do not expect meaningful support or corrective action from this practice. After months of time, money, and trust invested, being brushed off is unacceptable. I do not recommend this provider.

Ive had serious inflammation in my eye and was getting very concerned when it wasn't going away. Dr. Trinidad saw me the same day I called, when no one else would take me in. Super grateful for him and his team, and feel that I am in great hands! Would highly recommend if you're looking for a friendly, knowledgeable doctor. Thank you Dr. Trinidad!

I Went to see Dr Jake at the urging of a friend. I was driving at night in construction and couldn't see. It scared me and was thinking I had just seen my Eye Dr 3 Mo ago and was told same prescription, no change, good to go Dr Jake showed me the X-rays and explained that I had Cataracts and would eventually require surgery. Dr Jake is very friendly and outgoing. He makes you feel at ease. He explains everything in a way that you can understand easily I definitely recommend Dr Jake Trevino Ps. They have gorgeous designer eyewear!

First and foremost, I want to express that if it weren't for Dr. Trinidad, I likely would have already sought care elsewhere. He is an excellent physician, and his professionalism and care are the primary reasons I continue to come to this office. However, the ongoing issues with poor communication and lack of accountability from the front office staff have become extremely frustrating. To begin with, I received a bill nearly a full year after services were rendered, with no prior indication that there was a remaining balance on my account. I have visited the office multiple times for routine imaging over the past year and was never once informed of an outstanding balance. Receiving a bill so long after the fact, with the expectation of immediate payment, is unacceptable. It is not the patient's responsibility to manage errors or delays in the office's billing or receivables process. Moving forward to my most recent experience: I scheduled an appointment on Friday, 10/31, for Wednesday, 11/5 at 3:45 PM. This appointment time was confirmed via text message. However, I received a call at approximately 3:30 PM on 11/5 asking if I would still be attending my appointment because it was apparently scheduled for 3:15 PM. I explained that my confirmed time was 3:45 PM and that I was already on my way. Upon arrival, I asked for clarification, and a staff member told me it wasn't possible since Dr. Trinidad doesn't take appointments after 3:30 PM. She suggested it may have been a system glitch, even though 3:45 PM slots were clearly available on the website. I was also asked whether I received a text reminder on Tuesday indicating a 3:15 PM appointment, which I did but again, that was not the time I originally booked or confirmed. This raises serious concerns: was my appointment time changed to fit the doctor's schedule without my consent or any communication from your office? If so, that is unacceptable and unprofessional. Lastly, I was informed at my visit that there is now a 10% fee due at the time of imaging. While I have no objection to paying what is required, there was zero communication beforehand about this new policy. Patients deserve to be notified of changes in billing or payment requirements prior to their appointment. I am bringing this to your attention not out of anger but in hopes that these communication and process issues can be addressed and corrected moving forward. I value the care I receive from Dr. Trinidad, but the administrative shortcomings make it increasingly difficult to continue being a patient at this practice.

Dr. Trinidad is one of the most caring and efficient doctors I've ever met. And he has the state of the art equipment! His staff is excellent. They make you feel so welcome. I certainly will recommend this office to everyone... God bless them!

This is the absolute best ophthalmologist you've ever seen. I called in with a potentially serious issue on a Saturday (when he was closed) and he immediately offered to leave his home and come see me (I am his current patient). Previously he diagnosed a problem I'd had for ten years and corrected my vision after 10 years and at least 8 other doctors misdiagnosing my complex issue. And his demeanor and belief and knowledge of medicine along with the mind's ability to heal disease is incredible. If you want the best, you want Dr. Jake Trinidad.

The office was able to get me in last minute for an eye issue. Excellent experience, the front desk was welcoming, the med assistant was clear and thorough. The doctor took his time and really cares about his patients.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Dr Trinidad is caring , informative and clear with information and treatment plans. Ive had cataract surgeries and laser treatments for floaters - all successful I highly recommend
