The Dr and the staff are amazing here, my boyfriend has been coming here for years and recommend I bring my kids here. We were not disappointed at all. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and are so polite and patient with kids. Now I am back getting my own exams done. I definitely recommend coming here.

Diana was sweet, helpful and very informative. Both receptionists made me feel very welcomed. Dr. Nichols was also very informative and helpful. He answered questions very thoroughly and was a delight to work with. I highly recommend him along with the entire establishment. Very professional and welcoming and they know their stuff.

This was my first time coming to this Optician. Upon arrival I was greeted by the courteous and professional young ladies at the front desk. They assisted me to get my paperwork work completed. Then Letty took me to the back and did the pre-exams. Since this involved three different machines she explained the purpose of each machine. And yes another courteous professional young lady. From Letty I proceeded to see Dr Nichols. Dr Nichols was pleasant and made me feel comfortable as we talked about different aspects of my vision and eye exam. He had answers for all my questions and even provided visuals of why/how the eye works and how life in general affects our eyes and vision. Yes I was EXTREMELY satisfied with my first time visit to Dr Nichols and his WONDERFUL staff.
