What an amazing experience shopping for my glasses! I walked in right before closing time, yet the staff never once made me feel rushed. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The doctor was so down-to-earth--truly a pleasure. Kudos to her and the entire team for going above and beyond!

Very pleased with my vision appt. From the minute I arrived until the minute I walked out. Service was awesome, the staff was outstanding and the doctor was amazing!. I definitely will recommend and look forward to my next visit. I'm a person who loves walking in to a business and see welcoming faces and smiles. That to me means a lot. Thank you doctor and staff for all you do.

Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Mancha are excellent eye doctors. They always provide me a detailed and accurate vision exam. Their staff is very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor. They're also open on Saturday which has been very helpful for my work schedule.

Small wait time but the staff was all very attentive and nice. The doctor was very patient and listened to my eyecare concerns. I will definitely recommend this office to others.

Dr. Ramirez- Shank and Staff are polite. The office is clean and organized. The waiting time isn't long. Dr. Ramirez - Shank explains all your eye exam concerns and options for suitable eye wear. The eye frames are very reasonable in price.

I had to give the minimum one star but if it were up to me it would be a ZERO...We won't be coming back due to the rude sub, Michael Orozco, and the staff was no better he was extremely rude didn't even address hisself when we were called back and called my son a girl only because he has long hair and didn't even apologize smh! When I questioned why Dr Ramirez wasn't there when I was supposedly rescheduled because she was going to be back in office today and she wasn't and he was.. it was just a shocker and if I would have known I would have just waited for my daughter to be seen. we have been coming to this office since my daughters first eye exam and she is 11 now but we definitely will not be back! My apologies Dr.Ramirez.

So for being my first visit I was extremely satisfied, my family regularly visits yearly. The Doctor was very nice and welcoming, would definitely recommend.

Dr. Ramirez-Shank is the best eye doctor in town! She is very thorough, knowledgeable and patient. Originally I took my daughter for an exam and quickly made sure my entire family of 8 were patients there. We have been patients for years now. She is an excellent doctor and the cherry on top is that her staff are always great as well. They know their jobs in and out and make you feel very welcomed while you're there. 10/10 recommendation!!
