I had to drive 25 minutes away to a different Vision Works to get my glasses adjusted, when they kept falling off my face, because this location did not see a problem with it. I also do not believe they plugged in my scratch resistant coatings properly for what I paid, one lense has a lot of scratches on it for only having them 60 days. That's probably from them falling off since they kept refusing to adjust them, but considering they won't even uphold that policy here I don't even want to bother the headache of pushing their "100 day guarantee," to get them fixed.

Never made it pass the receptionist to see the Dr.
The office staff in the reception/check in area were very rude and unprofessional. Major turn off. Will be taking my family and business elsewhere.
