From start to finish, the entire team was professional, welcoming, and efficient. I really appreciated how quickly they got me in and out without ever feeling rushed . They were thorough and made sure all my questions were answered. Dr. Phelps is highly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. The staff was friendly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for an optometrist who combines excellent care with great customer service, look no further. I am a new patient here and had a great experience. The doc was very thorough and asked a lot of questions ophthalmologists in the past haven't asked me. She made recommendations and did not push me when I opted out of some of the options. She also explained everything as we went. I did not feel rushed at all. She was up front with pricing and let me know if my insurance would cover the options she gave me. I am definitely going to return for future eye care.

I'm retired from Zeiss an eye care company. I know that Dr Phelps keeps up with her diagnostic test equipment, which is very important to me. She examined my wife's eyes because I know she if a great Dr. Very caring and took care of my wife's eyes. The office personnel were professional and friendly also we got the appointment in a timely manner. I will always go back, also they followed up on us to check up to see if we needed anything else. Great place to go for your eye care needs.

I have not been to an eye doctor in 25 years (shame on me) and had no idea what to expect. Being a bit of a hypochondriac I tend to think the worst and do not always go into appointments with the best mindset. Luckily, the staff here was extremely professional and helpful, the facilities were excellent, and the doctor actively listened to my concerns and was thorough in everything that she did. I would recommend Dr. Phelps and this facility to anyone that asks and on top of scheduling a yearly eye exam, will make her my family eye care specialist.

Had the BEST experience getting my eyes checked! Dr. Phelps' office is fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend using Visiontech 2020 for all your eye exam needs. Spotlessly clean office in all rooms, even in corners and non-traffic areas. Having previously worked in offices, I understand the constant struggle of keeping things so nice so I appreciated their obvious effort. Waiting time in Waiting Room was minimal, less than 15 mins. ALL Staff were friendly, polite, professional and efficient. The Tech was friendly, caring, professional and very patient. Dr Phelps came in shortly and immediately I felt at ease. GREAT patient bedside manner! She performed a VERY thorough exam, being extremely patient with me, and answered all of my many questions. I've worn glasses for 55 years and I feel this was the best exam I've ever received. My new glasses RX work perfectly for me and I'll never go anywhere else!

Excellent service. Dr. Phelps is very meticulous, explains in detail the patient condition and recommends the best course of action. I have been going to her practice for three years and her personnel is always very attentive and professional.

I saw Dr. Phelps today and I have 6 children. 3 of them were getting exams. I realize that 6 kids in a small office is not ideal, but my children were really well behaved. Not only did it take 2.5 hours but Dr. Phelps was not very nice. I really got the feeling she really dosen't like children. She never introduced herself, didn't even say hi or address any of my kids by their names. She just pointed at them and said you. She also said she "can't have children all over her floors" but there were not enough chairs or chair space in her office. She barly spoke to me besides a few stern orders and an extremely brief explanation of results. I do not recommend bringing your children here.

Everyone in my family wears glasses and we have trusted our eye health and vision correction to Dr. Phelps for years. She is thorough, and her staff is well-trained in using the technology she has in her clinic. The office and clinic are clean, and Dr. Phelps has a generous stock of contact lenses, so even a family member's odd prescription was available. I appreciate that the Doctor and her staff treat this as a medical office, protecting my information, and ensuring that my treatment is private and confidential. I never feel like I am being rushed out the door, and I have confidence in Dr Phelps and her ability to care for my family's vision. Since I don't want to be rushed out the door, I expect that I may have a short wait when I come for my appointment, because that person before me is getting the same level of service and treatment Dr Phelps provides to all of her patients. I also understand (and plan accordingly) that my appointment time is when I show up and complete the required paperwork, not when I'll be sitting in the chair reading those tiny letters on the chart and deciding "which is better - 3 or 4".
