Not a normal customer, but I popped in to see if I could get the nose pads replaced on my back up glasses. The lady that serviced me was exceptionally kind and wonderful. She took my glasses, went ahead and made the repair while also making conversation, and sent me on my way free of charge. I'll definitely be switching my lenses provider to them from here on out. Exceptional customer service. Thank you for helping me!

They went beyond their duties to ensure I left the place happy and comfortable with the selection made. The first pair was ready within a couple of days, and the second pair within a few more days. This was the best experience ever! I couldn't go by to drop off my prescription, but Lisa helped get everything ready & checked so that when I had a break at work, all I had to do was pick out my frames. Donna took her time with me & I never felt rushed. The selection is great & when I finally decided on a pair the process was fast. My glasses were ready by noon the next day! I was very impressed & I am happy with my selection!! I will definitely being going back for a pair of prescription sunglasses.
**The only thing that was a little bit of trouble was parking & of no fault of the staff. The nearest parking lot charges $15 for 2 hours minimum but if you look around there will be a few spots along the street side. Just a heads up. When I went to pick up my glasses, my BF just waited in the truck at the hotel drive up and that was not a problem, since we were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I still will be going back regardless of the parking, it is so hard to find such excellent service!!

Easy!! Lisa was very helpful and HONEST! I meant more to her than a sell. She made sure I was happy with my look and she took her time with me. We managed to narrow it down to 3 pairs of glasses! I can not say how happy I am with our selection. She chatted with me as if we had known each other forever :) I have NEVER had such a great interaction with a retail store anywhere. The entire staff was friendly and the service is FAST!! They had my Frames and lens at the store and I was able to get same day pickup.
