Visionworks North Star Mall

Shout out to Maria she definitely delivered. Vision Works has such a wide variety just awesome. I was done selecting my glasses in 10 minutes. Maria took over from there she definitely knows her job and what the customer is seeking. I just can't thank her enough for her Superb customer service.

Professional, courteous, helpful staff. The store is laid out to easily find frames that you like or would like to get on. Huge selection! Very clean store. If you're looking for new glasses, I highly recommend using Visionworks in North Star Mall

Visionworks has always been the place to get my prescription glasses. Wide variety of frames to select from. The personnel are friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The quality of their lens making is excellent. They make sure that you are a satisfied consumer.

Jess was fantastic! She was going between several customers and helping them all so well. It didn't even feel like there was ever a wait. And she saw what glasses I picked up and knew the store selection so well, she picked out 4 more for me no problem. I purchased one of her selections and really it was the least painful glasses buying experience I've ever had. She was great, experienced, knowledgeable, and friendly, and I've already recommended others to come to this location.

I wouldn't say the store manager (i think) was rude but it's a combination of ignorance and arrogance that makes the compound ignorance she is suffering from. The thing that jammed in her reasoning and made her so defensive and aggressive at the same time. But that's the way how things going inside the lab, I had to go to the store 3 times after 3 weeks of the day I put my order in. And still hasn't got the glasses i should be having. One thing the management should be aware of is that they could get all the approvals in the world but if they don't have the customers' approval then they will be out of business. I requested not to reply this review because it will only make it worse, yes I got a reply and guess what, I did as they requested in the reply and... nothing happened. Just like how the management run the company. It's like the experiment when they put the frog in water and start to increase the water temperature until the frog got boiled, As frogs can regulate their body temperature. The market is increasing the temperature and the management can't see that. 2/17/2025 and I haven't been contacted by customer service nor having the safety glasses sideshields that come with it.

Staff was very knowledgeable at Vision Works at Northstar. Willing to help and helped with deals they were on in the store.

I received the most patient and caring care from Amber to get the most perfect eyeglasses and assurance that I can return if needed to make any adjustments.

Received new glasses, having trouble reading after 3rd visit they determined I needed to change frames, Jessica was courteous and professional I will have new ones back in 2 weeks Thank you Visionworks
