I have been coming for years to Visionworks and the service is the best. I have been to Lenscrafters and America's Best. I was curious to check the others. I didn't feel like going back to either one. My adult children feel the same. They started since first grade and my son, mid 30, says he is pleased with Vision works.

I went to this location for almost 3-4 years as a valued customer. Different person, Different customer service. I commend Kai, who personally attended to my eye glasses needs til the end of the transaction. Eddie, who did not recognize that we already met in my previous visits. He is coaching Kai without fully aware whats the confusion all about. He should be the first to pacify and ask the customer directly to avoid misunderstanding. Customer satisfaction is Customer for life.

My sales person always greets me with my name and made sure my contact lenses order was exactly correct by verifying with the optometrist office to insure my order was coded properly. This saves time for me by insuring my order is right the first time. She always helps me with my frame adjustment or when my lenses pops out. She's fixes them on the spot always with a smile.
