Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, Grace at Visionworks in The Rim treated us like royalty. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. At no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or like a burden. Instead, everything felt easy, comfortable, and thoughtfully guided. Grace has that rare balance of professionalism and kindness that instantly puts you at ease. She listened, explained things clearly, and made the entire process smooth and even enjoyable. My strongest recommendation is simple: visit the store and ask for Grace. We will absolutely be coming back just for her. Service like this is unforgettable

I had an amazing experience at Visionworks at The Rim! Grace Chris was absolutely wonderful--so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. GM Jessica was equally fantastic. You can really tell she runs a great team--professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring about their patients. The store was well-organized, and the overall customer service was top-tier. This was one of the best eye care experiences I've had, and I highly recommend Visionworks at The Rim, especially Grace and Jessica!

Visionworks The Rim I can't say enough good things about my experience at Vision Works. From the moment I stepped into their establishment, I was greeted with warmth and enthusiasm. The whole experience from the eye exam with Dr. Stephanie Skidmore to picking out frames exceeded my expectations. Chris was so helpful and patient with all my questions regarding my insurance and etc. Brooke made the experience of picking out frames more enjoyable and she's also very good at picking out which type of frame that would work best with my face. The manager Jessica is great. She was attentive and a hands on type of manager, which refreshing. I will be coming back for sure. I highly recommend:)

Aniyah took the time to really listen to my needs and concerns, answered every question I had thoroughly, and explained my options in a way that was easy to understand without ever feeling rushed or pressured. She is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in her work. Whether it was helping me understand my prescription, walking me through lens options, or assisting me in choosing frames that fit both my face and lifestyle, she went above and beyond at every step. What truly sets Aniyah apart is her genuine care for her patients. She was patient, reassuring, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect before moving on. It's rare to find someone who balances expertise with such a warm and friendly personality, and she does it effortlessly. You can tell she truly wants the best outcome for every person she helps. The entire visit felt smooth and stress-free because of her, and I left feeling confident, informed, and excited about my glasses. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in an optical setting. If you're going to Visionworks at The Rim, I highly recommend asking for Aniyah. She is an outstanding optician and a true asset to the team. I will absolutely be returning and recommending this location to friends and family because of her exceptional service!

I had a most excellent experience at vision Works at the rim. Greeted nicely by Jessica as I walked in and found a frame very quickly. I have been looking for some time for the right frame! Aniyah helped me try multiple frames and was so patient, friendly ,and helpful. Went out of her way to help me find my prescription online too. I had it on my app, but couldn't find it. Yikes. I left finding the perfect pairs of glasses. Thank you !!

Everything about my visit was great. I was helped right away, and my associate (Brooke) took the time to walk me through the options I had for glasses and contacts. Brooke also helped me select glasses that fit well, met my needs, and make me look good! Brooke was also very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting options for my glasses. Also, the other associate (Jessica) cleaned my current glasses and repaired the nose pads - making my glasses more comfortable than ever! I highly recommend this location - everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Aniyah at visionworks brings so much joy and happiness to vision works at the rim! Not only did she help us find the perfect pair of glasses but she helped us find the best deals! My husband and i will definitely be returning soon!

I was in last week to choose new frames, and the gentleman who helped me was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He took his time (I was there for about an hour!) helping me find what best suited my features, and he was polite and attentive to every customer who walked through the door. He also carefully went through all the insurance options to make sure I got the best possible deal. Such a wonderful experience! I went in again today as I was told it would take about 2 weeks to receive my glasses and contact lenses. I needed a few spare contact lenses (about 3) to tide me over (I play sports), so I stopped by RCP Eyewear next door. Unfortunately, the receptionist there refused to give me any, without even consulting the doctor and even after I explained it was an emergency. But then I went into Vision Works, where Jessica, the new general manager, absolutely went above and beyond. She printed my receipt, came with me next door to speak directly to the doctor, and made sure I got a few lenses to hold me over. All this while managing multiple customers on her own! She even got someone to cover the store while she brought me next door. Jessica was truly fabulous - professional, kind, and proactive. Thank you again to the whole team at Vision Works. Highly recommend!
