This has probably been the best experience I have had with an optomologist in a very long time. Dr. Tony took excellent care of my son and had the upmost patience with him being a wiggly 5 year old. Not only did she get us in and out with a diagnosis, glasses order but she also gave us knowledge that will help us in the future. I would and will recommend Visit Vision for anyone and everyone wanting to be heard and seen at their next eye appointment.

I saw Dr. Racoma at Vista Vision (a new eye doctor for me) for an eye exam and purchased a new set of progressive lenses for existing frames in February. I had problems with distance vision using the new lenses that have not improved after a few weeks of wearing them. After visiting the office to double check the lenses and fit of the glasses they verified that the lenses were built correctly and no amount of adjustments would fix the problem. The optician told me and I agreed that it's likely a problem with the prescription I received. Unfortunately I was told that for the doctor to double check their work I would have to pay full cash price for second $169 office visit. Additionally, if a prescription change is necessary I would have to pay full price ($600) for a second set of lenses.
I just wanted to leave a review to make people aware that the financial responsibility for an error in the prescription at this practice is born 100% by the customer. I've been wearing glasses for 50 years. This is not what I have seen before in other practices. So buyer beware. I will not be going back to this doctor and I recommend you don't either. I will be choosing an eyecare provider that stands behind their work.

I just had an eye exam with Dr.Toni and I was more that amaze with the whole experience.She explained every single exam I took YES !!!! SHE is the ONE that takes all of the exams and is very informative of each exam!!! As a Crane Operator I need to rely 100% on my vision and to have her as my eye Dr. I have the best care for my eyesight. She will now be my Family's Dr. and trust her with them.

Dr. Racoma totally earned 5 stars from my eye exam today. Best exam and best doctor experience I have ever had. She had the best and most modern equipment, and more of it than any previous eye doctor I have been to. She efficiently ran through numerous tests. She spent the most time with me explaining all the test results. And then she personally chose a dozen pair of very fashionable frames from a huge selection to help me choose something that looked great on me. My wife wants me to update my glasses to something more stylish and Vista Vision had lots of choices. Couldn't have been more impressed, especially in this day and age where the typical doctor visit lasts about 5 minutes and most of the examination is done by staff.

The service beginning with the phone call was great since they validated they accepted military insurance. The receptionist was friendly and I was seen on time by the doctor.
I have never had an in depth eye in exam in 25 years than what Dr. Toni provided. She went through a thorough series of tests and examined the front and back of my eyes with her technology and went over everything with me. I thought I was going to need reading glasses and she confirmed I did not need them yet. She gave me a little good bag of drops and I thanked her for the exam. I highly recommend Vista Vision and Dr. Toni Racoma to anyone.

They submit your eye exam claim, if you're in-network.
Cons:
You have to submit your own claim for the glasses. At the time I was informed of this my insurance was showing as in-network. That was a little bit of a bummer. Just a heads up there.
Overall I highly recommend this place. I'm definitely going again.
