I purchased the Nuance hearing aid glasses for my mom. We had a few issues with the glasses. Serena Moreno, the vision center manager was extremely helpful. She helped my mom set up her glasses and answered all her questions. Would definitely be this vision center.

I visited Walmart Vision in search of a new pair of glasses. John provided excellent customer service. He let me take my time looking for the perfect pair. He answered all my questions and did a great job. He said my glasses would be ready in about week. They were ready before the pick up date. When I picked my glasses up, my lost lipstick was also returned ( I left my lipstick on the counter). That's great customer service! Thank you John! Thank you Jen for the cleaning cloth!

Super easy to understand what she explained to me from getting used to my new progessive glasses to just in case i am not comfortable with them. Thank you Serena for alll your help.
