Isabel was incredible. I took my stepson's glasses to be repaired and unfortunately I had to get new frames. She helped me find the most reasonably priced frames and took the time out to help us with all the information to get his yearly exam which is due. Her knowledge and customer service are impeccable! I was at Walmart today doing a bit of shopping getting some items I needed, on my way out of the store I see the Walmart Vision Center. I was looking to buy a small little screw for my eye glasses to repair them and Mr Israel Munoz an Optician there at the Optical approaches me and politely asked I needed any help and I told him my situation and he tells we can fix that for you at no charge I was like how nice is that.
