Had a wonderful experience with Isabel. My daughter kept setting her glasses down on tables lenses down and so they got all scratched up. Once we taught we her not to do that and always use a case we came in to ask if our warranty covers replacing her lenses. Isabel talking us through the process and got the new ones ordered. Less than a week later they were in and Isabel replaced them and took extra time to help my daughter find a glasses case that was perfect for her.
