Walked in when it was close to closing time but that didn't stop Tatiana from helping me with my visit, she even helped me look for glasses and sunglasses while waiting to get insurance information, very patient, and very professional. I recently visited this location and had a phenomenal experience. Jon had great customer service and was very attentitive the entire time. He went into great detail regarding the available lens upgrades which helped to fit my needs especially with all of the newer technological options. He made me feel comfortable with the warranty by going over the terms in detail and even layed out my options should my frames/lenses ever be damaged beyond repair. He assisted me in picking frames that I was thrilled about and gave me a time table as to when the lenses would arrive. Lastly, he assisted me with my insurance card and detailed how much I was covered for as well as the remaining balance due to me wanting higher end frames/lenses. All of this in a quick, efficient timeframe. I was even able to go shopping in Walmart afterwards and picked myself up a cricut machine! Overall the best experience I've had regarding my vision needs.
