I just want to praise Barbara and the entire te at this location. I have been coming here for the past 3 years and I will never go anywhere but here because of them. They are extremely helpful and treat my children with such care. They are always so knowledgeable and make any kind of repairs easy to deal with! One of my 3 children is non verbal autistic and let me tell you they are able to help him with ease and compassion! Thank you !!!

I recently visited the Walmart Vision Center on the 1604 and Culebra location. I had the most satisfying experience with a very sweet lady who helped me out about a week ago. I took in a pair of men's sunglasses that had one of its handles fall off. Luckily, I had the handle and she was able to put it right back on. I offered to leave her tip and she politely refused it. I know she did not have to do for us but there was no hesitation to get the glasses fixed. For this, I am grateful. Thank you, sweet lady.

I was in Walmart shopping when a lens popped out of my glasses. I took it back to the eye shop and ask a young lady., Mayeli If she would be so kind to help me fix them. Without hesitation, she took the glasses from me, and not only did she get the lens back in there tightly she took the time to clean my lenses for me. It's nice to see some people still know the meaning of customer service and take pride what they do and. She was kind, respectful and pleasant. Best part was she offered me a cupcake when I left, from display she just set up.

Yadira was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient while I was choosing glasses. She made the experience very positive and enjoyable.
Mayeli was also very knowledgeable. She carefully adjusted my glasses to ensure a proper fit, asked questions to confirm they were comfortable, and took her time without rushing.
Both Yadira and Mayeli provided excellent care and guidance. They also offered helpful follow-up advice and encouraged me to return if needed.
