This was one of the rudest vision Care locations I've ever interacted with.. if you're reading this review Do Not Ever go to this place especially not with those associates.. also don't even try to call to ask if they have something in stock they will be super rude to you on the phone. It is one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever interacted with. Shows you that @Walmart just doesn't care

While I waited for my oil change I decided to go check out some frames at the vision center not yet decided on even buying there but Laura was so helpful to me and she told me all about their specials with and without insurance and was very inviting to try on frames. I told her about getting my prescription first and it was only minutes until the Dr. next opened up so I stuck around checking out frames. Once I got my prescription next door I came back and the process was quick with Amy and Laura's help. I love their kindness and how explanatory they were with my options. Thank you ladies! Can't wait for my glasses to come in!

Optical vision center was rude as hell to me and my kid. Never going back. From the optometrist to the ladies that help you get your glasses, I hope they fire and replace all of them. Horrible experience. I honestly don't understand anymore. More and more people are just becoming unpleasant i can't even get glasses. That's ridiculous sad part is corporate needs to start getting involved. This happens to often.
