The people in the store are amazing!!! Jackson, thank you! Helpful and friendly, not pushy. I bought 3 pairs of subscription glasses and spent less than I ever have. I have been wearing glasses since I was 3 years old. This was the most pleasant experience to date! Maybe the best thing will be the stratification guarantee and WP making sure I am happy. Dream!

Looking for a change in my eyeglass frames and WP has a plethora of choices. So happy they now fulfill prescriptions and accept vision insurance. People were courteous and knowledgeable and quick! I got my glasses ordered in a short span and was happily surprised at the price compared to what I usually pay for progressive lens. Next: sunglasses!!

I've worn glasses my entire life, so I've been in and out of more optometry offices than I can count. Trying a new place always makes me a little nervous, but this team made it easy. The doctor and staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely thorough. The whole process was straightforward and there were no surprise fees. Highly recommend. (Initially 5 star review) Update. The service with ophthalmology & the store were great. But getting the glasses delivered was a NIGHTMARE. One pair came quickly within the timeframe they state. The second pair took probably 2+ months and several emails to track down - honestly lost track of how long. Customer service was always friendly to try and help but the glasses were just not arriving. If the first pair of glasses had not come quickly, I would have had a real issue not having the second pair and not being able to see for that long.

I'm so glad I decided to go in person to order my frames. They have a great selection at affordable prices. The customer service is outstanding. The representative was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the perfect frames. I highly recommend this place.

I've been buying Warby Parker glasses online for many years and was very excited when a store opened at La Cantera. This is the second pair I've purchased from this store and the staff is wonderful. They have always been extremely friendly and helpful yet low pressure. I have looked at many different retailers for glasses and still find that Warby Parker is the best value and style for my money.

My first time shopping here and my experience was excellent. Can't remember the gentleman's name that helped me but he was perfect. Introduced himself, led me to a style that would fit my face, then let me know he'd be close by in case I had any questions. He wasn't overbearing at all. When it was time to pay I had a difficult time accepting the unbelievably low total cost. Especially after just spending $500+ at Lenscrafters for a single pair a week prior. I received my glasses in the mail super fast and when I opened the protective case a printed note read "It's nice to see you." that totally made me smile. Not to mention they have an amazing concept of giving back to the ones in need. Great job WP !!! I'm definitely coming back for more.
