The process to make an appointment online was very simple. I was called to confirm my insurance before the appointment so that helped a ton. The office is very small so I don't recommend bringing any other people not attending the appointment. The staff was very nice and the doctor was very informative. I went on a Saturday morning. The whole appointment took about 25 minutes for a glasses only. I also forgot to do my intake forms so that added about 5 extra minutes. Overall, I had a great experience.

The staff set the bar for customer service and professionalism! And Dr. Delgado takes the time to not only do a thorough exam, but answer any questions, and ensure you leave the chair more educated on eye health than you were before you arrived! A great overall experience!!

Had an excellent experience with the optometrist -- professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. The front office staff were equally impressive: friendly, efficient, and welcoming. Highly recommend this clinic for top-notch care and service!

We loved the care that we received at this location! The receptionist went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable! She heard us talking about "The Saja Boys" and put music on for her and coloring sheets. My daughter was scared to get her eyes checked but everyone made the visit so comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend this location! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

A great place to go to get your eye exam! My appointment went perfectly and everyone was friendly and super efficient! Very pleased!

The optometrist seems not well-trained or maybe he is spitefully reactive when I told him my eyeglasses prescription was not a good previously. He told me there is something wrong with my eye but when I went to the ophthalmologist, there was no change in my eye exam from 6 months ago. I will never schedule an appointment with him nor recommend him to my colleagues. What a waste of time & money.

Office staff was friendly and very informative. However the optometrist on staff for that day was not very approachable.I am a mom that has been taking her two daughters to this location for about 4 years. I was encouraged to get to know the eye doctor while he was examining my older daughter because I was going to make an appointment for my younger daughter and they or I had never been seen by the current doctor on staff. All to say, he just was unwelcoming and appeared a little bothered by me even introducing myself although he was already wrapping up the exam with my daughter. He didn't introduce himself or make any effort to make eye contact, he also said he's by contract so he may not be there eventually. He did his job ( the exam) and the correct prescription was given, I supposed I am just disappointed, I know my youngest will not feel comfortable. This field does deal with people and I am part of those people. I will be pursuing another eye doctor for my daughter's and myself. But again, office staff was amazing!

Dr. Delgado is a great doctor. He explained my questions very thoroughly ! It was a pleasant experience !
