I'm so glad I found Dr. Rosiilo again after her move! She is always thorough, attentive, and genuinely takes the time to listen. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and she explains everything clearly so I leave feeling informed and confident about my care. If you're looking for a provider who truly cares about her patients, I highly recommend her. So grateful I was able to follow her to the new location!

I absolutely would recommend anyone who is looking to get an eye exam to come to this location from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out I enjoyed myself and I hate going to get my eyes checked . But the provider was so nice and provided so much useful information. And the star of the show was the young lady in the front hopefully she never needs cataract surgery cause she is terrified . Thanks ladies I will spread the word. 100 stars

The experience I had there was seamless I definitely recommend it to others. I came in as a walk-in out in less than an hr! They have my families business from here on out

I went to have an eye exam for contacts and they told me they didn't have contacts in stock for the prescription i would need and they would have to order them and it would take from 1 to 2 weeks for them to get them. This was on Feb 28th of 2026 and a month later i still haven't gotten my trial contacts and prescription. I called one time and they told me they haven't received them but mine were about to be shipped, a week after i called again and they said they received a shipment but they didn't receive anything under my name. So i need to wait again, i asked for how long and the lady on the phone said "i don't know". I exhausted my benefits with my insurance for this appointment and also got charged the copay and i have no contacts or prescription. I have already reported them to the FTC and hopefully i can get a solution from them soon because these people seem to not give a damn. Do yourself a favor a don't go to these people's office, there are way better optometrists around town with better customer service and competency.
