The front desk staff and both Doctors are incredibly kind and informative. The last two years with their team, I have received excellent care!

The lady who greeted me at the front desk was so nice and friendly. Dr Castillo was also very kind and professional. I felt very comfortable. Got my eyes checked. Was in and out in less than 30 mins. I definitely recommend this place.

Dr. Susan Wiggins has the best front desk and management. My wife and I were stuck in traffic for one hour. They were able to push our appointment 40 minutes later. Furthermore, they were willing to help us past closing hours. The medical provider and her staff are the best.

I have to agree with Kaitlyn, the front desk person is definitely not polite and rather unhelpful. I had to deal with her unprofessional and rude behavior multiple times. I like the doctor there, this is the only reason I go there. Hopefully Dr. Wiggins read the reviews and address this on going issue with the front desk person.

What an extraordinary office experience. In a time, when customer service is at an all time low, Dr. Wiggins, and her super friendly, knowledgeable staff really showed their stuff! Never going anywhere else, and I'm pretty picky ! . Check them out for yourself.

My former OD's office was closed and I could not reach them for weeks. So I made an appointment with Dr. Wiggins. The staff was welcoming and professional. Health safety protocols were in place to avoid cross contamination. Dr. Wiggins has a great personality and helped put my mind at ease. She answered my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. I was very pleased with my exam and treatment. Her office is conveniently located just outside the Costco on UTSA Blvd.

Dr. Wiggins is always kind and knowledgeable; however, the front desk person has consistently gotten more rude over the past years. It is the same person. This last visit she was condescending and made me very uncomfortable when I asked a question about my prescription and she put in obvious effort to pause, let out a loud sigh, before going to ask someone else for additional information. She did this while staring at me and I had to look at my phone because I was so embarrassed by the situation. This is in addition to her having her phone in front of her playing animal crossing and not bothering to be even be discrete about it. It's likely a personal issue/ personality problem which I am sure other staff is aware of given during my time there she also had a small argument with the provider over being right about information on a product- which again was uncomfortable. It was a disappointing visit and will probably not be back.

Very nice staff and the Dr was very helpful, not rushed. And yes, the office was not plush or fancy, but I didn't go there for a cappuccino or fancy carpet. I would rather save the money. I haven't picked up my glasses yet but I am sure that it will be great. Thank you Dr Wiggins.
