Thank you to the staff of MyEyeDr in San Marcos. Garrett, Josseline and Dr. Stanfield made the appointment pleasant. I was looking for a new eye doctor, and I am pleased that I found Dr. Stanfield's practice. I was impressed with the selection of eye glass frames; I had a lot of choices which was appreciated. A special shout out to Josseline for her kindness, patience, and expertise in helping me with my unique situation. Continued success to all of you.

This was my first time visiting the eye doctor, and I was honestly a little nervous. Josseline was incredibly kind and patient with me from the start. I'm very shy, but she made me feel comfortable right away and really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in my glasses. She was generous with her help, thoughtful in her suggestions, and never made me feel rushed. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I truly appreciated her attentiveness and care.

i had a an amazing experience with tania berrum!! she affirmed my sunglass purchase and gave me a cute sunglasses case and cloth to wipe my glasses. dr. stanfield was also amazing! he has great hospitality and made me feel welcome. i'll be back for sure!

Wonderful eye clinic with the nicest staff. Dr. Chen is very nice and knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. Front desk staff is welcoming and helpful; Nicholas is very kind and helped me figure out my available benefits. Tabby is very sweet and she let me know about the promotions they had available. They have many nice frames options as well. Great clinic all around

The entire office is helpful and friendly. My appointment was on time with Dr Stanfield. Josseline Navarro helped me choose between the 2 frame options I'd selected. When I mentioned an upcoming trip she was excited for me. She was also able to help me out with my final total. She saved me approximately $300. I paid out-of-pocket, no insurance. Thank you so much Josseline.

I had an amazing experience at MyEyeDr thanks to Josseline. She was incredibly attentive, meticulous, and professional throughout my entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out and made my appointment smooth and stress-free.

Terrible! I changed to this location because the DS location had been misdiagnosing my vision for a couple years. So I tried the SM office. Another really bad experience. Saw Dr. Stanfield, who was very nice, seemed to diagnose my issues quickly, prescribed contacts but they had NO trials for me to take and I had to come back in a week to get them-I had never experienced that before. So I leave, still unable to see because my old glasses were not working well either. Fast forward a week, pick up contacts--right eye had full two weeks, left eye had 5 days! Called and said they weren't all in there and I needed the rest of the package (they clearly took them out of my order)-this took another week! So I never got to try the trials for the left eye for a full 14 days in a row. I assumed this new doc was good and got it right so, desperate to be able to see, I went ahead and ordered the new prescription, $300 worth of contacts and no surprise, I cannot read with the left contact (it's monovision), I mean I cannot read with it. This place is a fake. They do not care one bit about your vision. Back up to before I ordered the $300 worth of contacts, I called to ask if I could come pick up another week of the left eye trial because I wasn't sure about it and wanted to make sure before ordering (I had already used the 5 days, one week off with no contacts then got the trial order of the rest that were missing and used those). Giving free trials was a courtesy at the My Eye Dr office I had been going to in DS. The young man I spoke with was very rude and said they did not do that and I would have to pay for the trial week and wait another week to get them as they were not stocked (which the other office was always stocked).. All this to say, I did not have adequate usage time of new contact to assess if they worked and I will never use this franchise anywhere ever again. These chain type dr offices are the destruction of the old true dr offices of the past. What are we suppose to do? I will keep looking, I have to, i am handicapped with very poor vision. Best of luck to you and I hope you at least don't go to this office in San Marcos. The least they could do is have employees who don't treat patients like crap.

Dr. Stanfield was amazing as always! Super helpful in explaining eye health and all the options in lenses. Josseline was awesome and made the ordering process super easy! Highly recommend the San Marcos location and the super friendly staff here!
