Advanced Eye Clinic

Do not recommend- while it is easy to get an appointment here, which us why I gave it two stars. The office was very dirty. The place needs a deep clean as the corners had multiple cobwebs, the equipment was gross. The headsets, chairs and other equipment definitely need replaced. The staff is mediocre not very friendly or welcoming. The lobby chairs are ripped and like they should be on curb next to dumpster. I will not be returning. I watched them wipe all equipment used on me with alcohol and if I didn't need to do the appointment I would have walked out as soon as I walked in

I wouldn't recommend. I feel like I wasted my time & money for nothing. The staff isn't very welcoming. I went to this office for irritation I was having in my eyes. The doctor wasn't the most presentable as a doctor. She barely looked at my eyes & just told me that my eyes are dry. Which I already knew but the irritation was continuing to get worse & all the eye drops I've been using weren't working. She told me to continue with eye drops & gave me a prescription for a steroid eye drops that I probably didn't need & they did nothing. No recommendations of otc eye drops to use & no advice on my allergies making the irritation worse. Then the lady at the front desk didn't send my prescription to my pharmacy like she said she would. Which was really inconvenient. To top it off, they charged me a $80 medical copay to barely get looked at & really no advice. So I definitely got ripped off. I go to a different eye doctor at a different business today with the same issues. They did a much more in depth exam of my eyes, including doing a stain. I actually got recommendations for remedies & steps to take if it doesn't get better moving forward. That office with an ACTUAL exam of my eyes only charged me $50 medical copay. Don't waste your time or money.

The front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful. The eye doctor was very kind and patient with my kids. The appointment overall was timely and efficient. Would definitely refer to others.

I've had a great annual visit at Advanced Eye Clinic's Alliance location for about six years now. They've always got open appts and even accommodate walk-ins as long as you're flexible to wait a bit. Each of the providers I've seen have been thorough and experienced and the front desk staff is always very helpful. Thank yall for always taking good care of our family's eye care needs!

My husband and I had a great experience here! Scheduling an appointment online was super quick and easy. For both of our appointments, there was almost no wait, and we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Dr. Harper is excellent, and clearly communicated with us! We are very satisfied with AEC and will likely continue to use them.

Stay clear from this place! After being required to pay out of pocket due to delayed insurance details (was covered but wasn't showing in the system) I was treated like a second class citizen. Attri Was on the phone texting my entire exam. Then she "spotted something" that required another appointment and for them to bill my medical insurance, FINE. They have now billed me, my vision insurance AND my medical insurance! When I ask for refund, no one responds! I've had to file a complaint with my insurance in hopes to retrieve the HUNDREDS of $$ they have stolen from me! stay far away!

I had an eye emergency, and every place I called said they couldn't see me. Advanced Eye Clinic squeezed me in on a Saturday. They were so helpful. They were quick to respond to my needs. The Dr was a fill in Dr, and he was great. I will go back there for a follow up next month.

The staff at the front desk is the best. They were 2 ladies so amazing the way they treat my husband he is not an easy customer and they make it feel so good. The doctor was reaaly good too with him. Thank you!!!!
