This place gave me a nice textbook example of how any healthcare visit should go. Absolutely impressed with the service! I booked online and they followed up with a quick phone call to verify some information like insurance. When I showed up to their location, the paperwork was ready, and I needed to fill in only a few relevant forms, instead of filing the same stuff over and over again. The exam was quick and felt efficient, but at the same time thorough. When the doctor came to see me, she did absolutely amazing. She did her explanation of the exam results in a way that was easy to understand and answered couple of related questions with including the exam results reviewing as well. Truly a knowledgeable professional doing just amazingly great work! All the staff that I interacted with were very nice, and aware of people's space, no pushing any irrelevant products, and they did check the insurance info while the exam was done. I cannot praise this experience enough. Just well-functioning group of people helping you to see better. Thank you!

I recommend this office. It was my first time going to this office. It's a really nice office. The ladies at the front desk and the tech was really nice. I saw Dr.Tran. He was very nice, personable & knowledgeable. He was great at explaining everything & answered any questions I had. I was needing to find a new doctor & I think Dr.Tran will be a good fit.

Revised to reflect additional experience. Kudos to Emily for awesome service! Eye appointment was excellent although it was almost an hour after I was scheduled so I was unable to stay to select glasses and needed to come back. That's where the problem started. I came back on Saturday. Optometrist fitting glasses was at lunch so I picked two frame options and waited. Front desk staff aware and said she'd be back in ~10 minutes. Gave me copies of my RX so I was ready to go! Even spoke with the doc that gave me my exam. I was the only one waiting and was ready to go with selection. Gal returns from lunch, sees me sitting at the fitting desk just outside her work area. But another person is escorted out of the back and she decides to ignore me waiting and proceeds to help her first. Proceeded to ignore me who was there first ready to finalize glasses in favor of helping the person that hadn't been waiting. Apparently my time wasn't worth much on Tuesday. And worth even less today. I asked "shouldn't people be seen in the order they have been waiting?" But received no response. So I left. I received a call from the owner expressing regret for the experience. Decided to try one more time based upon that. Went back in and Emily was fantastic. Experience redeemed.

Needed to update my eyewear and chose this place to handle it. Everyone did a great job and I was immediately helped, even without an appointment. Get a great deal on my new glasses and so far, I'm very satisfied. I would recommend going there

I went In for color contract lenses. Decided on the daily contact lenses. Paid what I was told before I left that day. Went to pick up my contacts and got the monthly lenses instead of what I ask for. They decided to tell me that I owed over 200 more if I wanted daily contacts. They charged me $50.00 dollars for visit and $60.00 more dollars just try on contact lenses which mind you only took about 10 minutes. I already paid them over $200 on the day of visit. Then they were telling me to get what I wanted I would have to pay over $200 more. I'm very dissatisfied with their service. Hopefully, this will help with your decision on eye doctor. Horrible experience.

Doctor Staff I had a great experience with Dr. Helen--she was patient, worked with me, and we went through some trial and error with different contacts until we found the right fit. Unfortunately, I had to lower my rating because of the staff. I ordered contacts to be shipped to my home, but after three weeks, nothing arrived. When I called the office on a Wednesday, I was told the order had come in and that I'd get a call once it was ready for pickup. Days passed with no update, and when I called again on Monday, I was told it had been ready. The lack of communication was frustrating. After reading other reviews, it seems this communication issue is a recurring problem.

I've been coming here for years and bring all 4 of my kids here too. Highly professional and friendly and they take great care of their clients. Plenty of frames to chose from as well. One stop shop for all things eye related.
