Idk how this place has great ratings. I scheduled an appointment. They text me a week later that their office is closing early that day and I have to reschedule. We rescheduled for another day. The day of the appointment they text me to reschedule the original appointment because they were closing early. I responded that we did reschedule for today. They responded that we never did reschedule. I sent a screenshot with the rescheduled date. Then they said they're closing early again today.
You guys sure do close early a lot with appointments scheduled already.

I had an amazing experience at this location thanks to Jesus! I came into the store right before closing without realizing the time. I offered to come back another day, but Jesus assured me it was no problem at all. He stayed late, kindly helped me get my glasses fixed, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He provided truly exceptional service! This is by far the best place in town to get glasses thanks to his service!

Jesus and the other associates are great! You feel welcomed as soon as you step foot in the store. I love how the store has the frames separated by style instead of name. It is already a tough process deciding on frames, being able to go to the type you prefer eliminated alot of time. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
