When choosing my frames, Jasmine went above and beyond by helping me find an applicable coupon and then offered to apply a coating/sleeve over the gold aspect of the arms of the glasses (I said I liked the frames but was unsure about the bit of gold on the arms of the glasses). I was impressed with her offer and capability. Even before that she was very friendly and helpful while I browsed and she pulled up my insurance info quickly upon purchase. I haven't gotten the final product yet but I trust she will do a good job on the glasses' arms because she seems to really care about the customer being happy. My best glasses shopping experience ever!
