Eyecare Oncall visited my mother's care home to test her eyes and provide new specticals. Unfortunately mum misplaced both her reading and distance glasses somewhere in the home and they couldn't be located. I contacted Eyecare Oncall to arrange replacements, these were delivered very promptly and on my next visit I was very happy to see mum with brand new specticals. I can't praise Eyecare Oncall highly enough for their excellent and prompt service and extremely helpful customer care. It was a plesure to deal with Daniella who made the whole process stress free. Thank you to all.

Nick & Alex visited The Elms in Hull today. The service was second to none, interactions with the residents was amazing and the staff supporting them both couldn't fault the service. The company managed to get us a very swift appointment after our previous opticians let us down and the on boarding process was simple and easy. Thanks so much again!

Excellent assistance today in our nursing home in Leigh, Sean and Alex were both amazing at their jobs and were very thorough and knowledgeable, they both really helped our resident's and answered any questions that we had! Really appreciate them coming to our care home, they were extremely professional and lovely to both resident's and staff, would highly recommend!

Great company work very well with our care home. We have never had an issue, responsive whenever someone's needs have changed or glasses have been damaged or lost. Excellent customer service and very well-trained staff who understand the needs of the residents and adapt their approach to them :)!

Sam and Taqi attended the Care Home where my uncle lives to perform an eye test and supply new glasses. They were both outstanding, my uncle suffers from dementia and they were both, patient, kind and knowledgeable. But most of all it was lovely to see the way they spoke and interacted with him. Super guys and a great service.
