ZERO!! I really wish I had the option to rate them zero stars! This person is engaging in scaming activities, attempting to sell eye drops and pressuring customers into purchasing eye glasses, even if customers don't like any of the available frames. My suggestion is to stay away of this shop and instead visit Spec Savers. Any Specsavers will offer superior service, thanks to their modern testing equipment and highly qualified professionals, if you still want to harm your eyes and dont bother of your hard earn money then good luck to you.and i think he is smoking and do not wash hands i feel smell when he checked me

5 star opticians, just been to collect my daughters glasses. They are very efficient and friendly. Always happy to help.

I hope this review will let you know people are not that fool as you think and raise awareness.

I promise you this is the best optician you will ever go to. The customer service is excellent. They will give you service that you will not get anywhere else. I will always be going back to them. Hafsa, Aneesa and Thana are so friendly and helpful. I could not thank them enough from helping me pick my glasses to fitting me in last minute for an appointment and to helping me pick the perfect contact lenses. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this eye centre! The optometrists are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I cannot wait to visit them again for my next eye test :)

First visit today for an eye test. I had a very good experience the staff were polite, friendly and very helpful. The test was thorough and the optician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Based solely on the strength of other Google reviews, I decided to give this place a try for my eye test. I'm so glad I did. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. I was most impressed, however, by the efficiency and clarity of the optician who did my eye test. The examination was thorough, everything was clearly explained, and all my questions were answered without any confusing jargon. With integrity in increasingly short supply these days, I particularly appreciated their honesty that I didn't need to buy glasses this time as it would only make a fraction of a difference [unlike Vision Express who, in the past, have essentially shafted me by selling me glasses with gimmicks that I just didn't need]. An all-round great opticians whom I highly recommend.

I came across this incredible amazing opticians a couple of years ago when I was looking to purchase coloured contact lenses for my cousin's wedding. Saqib and his team are specialists in their field with an expertise of knowledge. I am never disappointed when I visit the team in fact I always walk out feeling great. Saqib is very knowledable and caring and takes his time with each of his clients ensuring that they are happy with their treatments and purchases. I highly recommend that you go visit The Eye Centre I travel all the way from London just to have regular check ups. Keep up the fantastic work you guys. Looking forward to my next visit

Been there this morning for an eye test. Fantastic service, really friendly staff and the most thorough optician I have ever come across. They also don't try the hard sell and told me that I didn't actually need a new pair of spectacles. Wonderful.
