I had a brilliant experience at C4. After a rushed appointment at Specsavers that left me with glasses I couldn't see out of, I came here and the difference was night and day. Mr Niall took his time, explained everything properly, and carried out a thorough test that's restored my vision perfectly. It honestly felt like a wow factor moment! A big thank you to the whole team, especially Mr Niall I'd highly recommend C4 to anyone.

Got my sons glasses last week after having to pay an extra PS60 for thinner lenses, was previously free when C4 was inside the RVI. Lenses were poor quality with sharp edges around the base of the lenses . I was asked to bring them back to see what they could do next week, even though they tried to say they were fine. A friend of mine is a lab technician and has stated they were disgusting, he can't believe they've been given to a child. He took all the sharp edges of for me free of charge.
I'll be making an official complaint to the management.
