Absolutely exceptional eyewear boutique. This is not your standard glasses shop; they curate designer, custom frames from all over the world, often with single exclusive pieces. What you see one week genuinely may not be there the next, which makes every visit exciting and special. The collection is truly world-class.
My family and I have purchased nine pairs of glasses over the past 6-8 months, and every single one has been perfect. The team are outstanding, especially Clover and Laura, who consistently go above and beyond to ensure not only excellent vision, but that each pair is the most flattering, suitable, and individual choice for the person wearing them.
Their attention to detail, honesty, and genuine care for customer satisfaction is rare. We all walk out feeling confident and looking magnificent. Once you come here, it's very hard to go anywhere else.

My initial visit was because I'd seen someone's great glasses that they told me they'd bought here and their range of frames is indeed vast and they are so patient as you try on up to twenty beautiful frames they show you!! But I have since had my eye examination there by Nic and it was probably the best I have had in my 45+ years of wearing glasses. He was incredibly thorough picking up things no one else had mentioned and explained everything. My new glasses are beautiful but also give me perfect vision. Thank you to all the staff

Fabulous independent optician. I bought the perfect pair that beckoned me from the window but there were so many others to tempt me. What I really loved was how the staff understood my needs as a woman who wants to be stylish but not move into pantomime dame territory. Grey St opticians have the best selection of beautifully designed, good quality glasses that are sourced from across Europe. They are perfect if you want something different from all the rest. But what is brilliant, are the staff! Laura served us today and was delightful- knowledgeable, very informative, helpful, interested and really went 'the extra mile' in making sure that my mum got the perfect pair of glasses to match her personality!
