The eye examination is thorough and eveything is explained clearly, and the advice about spectacle styles that suit you is invaluable, without any hard sell involved. The location is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the standards have never slipped. Even though I now live in London, I still come back to Newcastle for my eye tests.
