I would just like to thank Mr Ghosh and his team for the iol surgery I've just had done. I would highly recommend sight for eyes as they were very professional and understanding if you suffer from nerves. The surgery was quick and painless just a slight discomfort but nothing to worry about. So again thank you sight for eyes for getting my eyes back to great vision. Couldn't recommend yous enough.

Exactly the same experience as Ian Wilson in the other reviews, almost word for word; I was accidentally given blended vision (one eye under corrected/one eye over corrected). Or as one doctor put it since "surgically created binocular vision dysfunction." Since the surgery I have had intense light sensitivity and crippling migraines. My night vision has reduced by 1/3. I can't see well up close and can't see well far away. Because of the poorly blended vision it is difficult to correct with standard optometry and I am currently seeking alternatives. The "Dr" refused to accept or deal with any problems at the time. They also never followed up and so excluded my outcome from their published positive results or dealt with problems. I'm now having to search for an answer to this as it has profoundly effected my ability to work and drive.

I had lens replacements and would highly recommend. I was really nervous but the procedure was painless and nothing to worry about. This really is life changing after wearing contact lenses all of my life and I can now see perfectly! Mr Danjoux, his team and the Nurses were all exceptional and I cannot begin to thank them all enough

As a recently retired eye surgeon who specialised in cataract surgery I was inevitably going to be very fussy about the surgeon I chose to operate on my cataracts. Having helped to train over 100 eye surgeons, and knowing many more, nobody impressed me with their knowledge, skills and calm approach as much as Mr Ghosh. I chose Mr Ghosh to be my surgeon and made the 500 mile round trip for each visit because he is, in my view, one of the very best. My experience and the results of my cataract surgery confirm that I made an excellent choice. I could not be happier and cannot recommend Mr Ghosh enough.

48 years old and wearing jam jar glasses since being a toddler, I was told that my below standard un-corrected vision (+12 prescription with astigmatism) was putting me at risk from passing my OGUK offshore medical. After being turned away by many of the top advertised eye surgeries, I was fortunate enough to be pointed towards Dr Danjoux by eye specialists at my local hospital. My consultation left me feeling optimistic for helping to improve my sight by a few diopters but the reality was, 2 month after my second eye lens replacement, I'm now left with wait for it.....zero prescription with no need to wear specs or contacts anymore. Truly amazing service with remarkable results. Wish I'd done it years sooner. Keep up the incredible work and helping those who really need it rather than those companies only interested in making easy money on simple procedures and not interested in going that extra mile like everyone at Sight for eyes did for me. I really was that happy with the results, I cried. I had cataract surgery at site for eyes in Sunderland, performed by Mr Danjoux who I know to be a Director of this company, both eyes were operated on at a total cost of PS6,600.00. My first operation was on my right eye, worst eye, this went well, my left eye not so well! After preparation for my second operation, left eye, I was wheeled into a waiting area where Mr Danjoux was looking over my file, I felt something was wrong as he seemed to take longer than the last time. Mr Danjoux, spoke with the prep nurse and handed over to her the boxed prescription and asked her to change it for another. After the eye operation I had to return for a check-up, the optician checked both eyes. Right eye no problem I could see the alphabet board, read almost all of it, I was very pleased. The left eye, I could not see any of the alphabet, the board was a complete blur, I became concerned. I was then called into Mr Danjoux, room, he mentioned that he was not happy with the prescription at the time and changed my prescription, now it seemed my left eye was very short sighted, this isn't a bad thing, he said, see if my eye settles down any problems, I was to contact him. I did contact Mr Danjoux and visited him once again. Mr Danjoux was obviously not happy to see me, I could tell by his manner. I explained that I felt my vision was out of sorts, balance, Mr Danjoux suggested I get some glasses! I went on to explain that I could see reasonably well with my right eye, so if my left eye had a correction, although may not be perfect I'm sure I would be content with that. I told Mr Danjoux that when I cover my left eye, I felt my right eyesight was good, cover my right eye and sight very blurred. The next thing that happened was quite disturbing. Mr Danjoux slapped his hand over his right eye and said is that good, no, slapped his hand over his left eye and said yes that's much better. Mr Danjoux continued slapping his face several times, I was embarrassed and shocked. Mr Danjoux calmed down and explained that the prescription box is not always accurate. He looked at my file and calmly said the lens is thick enough for laser, I suppose he could do this for about PS1,000 to cover costs. Mr Danjoux, suggested that I go think about this, let him know. I could not possibly have this man work on my eye again. I will have my eye tested and corrected somewhere else.

I recently had refractive lens replacement and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone who hates wearing specs like me! I am rapidly heading towards my 60th birthday and have worn specs since I was 5 or 6, so basically all of my life. I was long sighted with significant astigmatisms. I was very impressed by the standard of advice and care from mr Danjoux and his team, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome. My sight is now better than it ever was when it was corrected either with contact lenses or specs. Go for a consultation; you won't get better advice care and treatment. I'm So glad I did,
