Faye has been amazing in helping me with my dry eyes. She was incredibly thorough in covering all aspects of my life that could be affecting my symptoms and carefully reviewed lots of different treatment options with me. I never felt pressurised, and she provided really great aftercare. My eyes feel so much better thanks to her and immediately recommended her to a family member :)

I had an assessment at Sooth Ocular Spa in Aug 2025. Fay was clearly very knowledgeable about dry eyes and how they can impact your well-being. I felt there was an honest discussion about what could be achieved in terms of outcome, Fay was very clear that any treatment she provided would not be a cure but with a treatment plan we could get to a stage where my eyes could be a lot more comfortable. Having listened to my symptoms, Fay put together a plan which consisted of a Zest treatment and then three light treatments every four weeks for 3 months. We discussed various supplements which she thought may be helpful and I was given a very detailed step by step routine to follow on a daily basis. I am pleased to report that the above plan, which I continue to follow has helped my eyes feel much more comfortable, the Zest and light treatments were soothing and very comfortable and I actually enjoyed the relaxing experience. Fay is a font of knowledge about all things dry eye, she seems to have a solution to all the problems this condition inflicts upon you. I was in awe of her supplement knowledge and what is good for the condition and what can make it worse. As well as being very efficient and professional, Fay is very easy to talk too, she has a very empathetic approach and a genuine desire to help. In summary, I have enjoyed my treatments at Soothe Ocular Spa, I feel that I have a much greater understanding of my condition (MGD) and my eyes are much more comfortable as a result of the treatments and ongoing plan. Thank you Fay, I'm looking forward to my next appointment in Feb 26.

I went to see Fay Leech at Soothe Ocular Spa because my eyes were so dry, sore and irritated. They were bright red by the end of every day and it was almost impossible to read. The combination of Fay's amazing knowledge and experience, her diagnostic equipment and very detailed recommendations has made a great difference to my eyes. I still have dry eyes, and always will, but they are much more comfortable. Much of this is to do with changing eye drops and lid cleaning routines, as recommended by Fay. My eyes would be even more comfortable if I remembered to follow all Fay's good advice! The initial consultation was very thorough and follow up personalised and detailed. Definitely worth the money. I booked an appointment at the Soothe Ocular Spa because of how bad I was suffering with my dry eyes. I must tell you that this was the best money I had spent in a long time. Fay was very professional from the beginning. I was very impressed with the care and attention to details and the explanation about my condition. I now had four sessions of LLLT / AH & M. My eyes feel so much better than before I went to see Fay, for the first time in a long time, I can sleep the whole night without been waking up during the night by the pain in my eyes.
