I recently had a problem with my glasses where the frame broke, but the lenses were still intact. After visiting several shops in the city center, I was disappointed to find that most were not willing to fit my lenses in a new frame without insisting that I purchase both frames and lenses.
However, I was lucky enough to stumble upon The Northern Optical Company Limited, located inside Grainger Market. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff member who immediately set to work trying to find a solution for me.
The lady staff member was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and was able to fit my lenses into one of her frames with ease. Although there was a slight difference in size, she charged a very reasonable fee to grind the lenses down to fit properly. Additionally, she even went above and beyond to help me find a similar frame to the one that had broken.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the service provided by The Northern Optical Company Limited. The staff member was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful, and I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of high-quality optical services. Thank you so much for your help, and I will definitely be returning in the future!
