I had a fantastic experience at Breakwell Optometrists and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for thorough, professional eye care. From start to finish, the service felt far more personal and attentive than the larger chains like Boots/Specsavers. The appointment didn't feel rushed at all, there was plenty of time to properly understand my concerns. The optometrist, Pritpal, was excellent. He used the Optomap scan machine, which I hadn't experienced before, and took the time to clearly explain the results in a way that was easy to understand. It was obvious he is very knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his patients. I had been experiencing increasingly frequent headaches, and he really listened to my symptoms to make sure they weren't related to my eyes. That level of care and attention was really reassuring. Overall, a fantastic experience with a very professional and friendly team. If you're looking for an optometrist who takes the time to do things properly, I'd highly recommend Breakwell Optometrists.

The service at Breakwell Optometrists is beyond exceptional. As you walk in, the modern and spacious building is unlike your normal, crowded Specsavers. You're greeted by the lovely receptionists, Deborah, Michelle & Geraldine, who make you feel welcome and looked after. When in clinic with the optometrist, Pritpal, he explains every test and the results in meticulous detail which allows medical terms to be simplified and well understood by patients. Jackie and Helen, the dispensing opticians, guide you through choosing your pair of specs with care and attention. Overall, I would highly recommend this practise for it's high level of customer service and attention to detail.

I had a fantastic experience at Breakwell Optometrists. Pritpal was incredibly thorough during the eye test and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel really confident about my eye health. I was also really impressed with the Optomap scan -- such a cool piece of technology to see detailed images of your eyes. On top of that, the staff were brilliant in helping me choose my first pair of reading spectacles, and I'm loving my frames from Moscot. Highly recommend!

Breakwell's Optometrists are exceptional. Their professionalism, care, and friendliness are second to none, and their expertise is apparent from the moment you walk in. They're wonderful to deal with, and I highly recommend them. I even continue to use them despite now living in Spain -- they're that good!

I highly recommend Breakwell's. I'm a lifelong glasses wearer and I feel I am in excellent hands with them. Every eye test is extremely thorough with everything clearly explained (much more than has ever been the case at other opticians). There is excellent customer service by all staff.

It was the first time I have had a sight test here, Pritpal the owner and optometrist is very thorough, has very modern equipment, and most importantly says what he is doing with detailed explanations. It took me 55 years to find such a top notch optometrist. All the staff in this practice are knowledgeable and very competent. In short, they are miles above the high street chains! Thank you.

Always a pleasure to meet the friendly and professional staff at Breakwell's and now it's easier to park nearby as machines accept cash and card as well as Ringo.

Every visit here is just lovely. I have two children and both are met with kindness and loveliness from Pritpal. They feel very comfortable during routine eye checks and whilst waiting, and so do I. Every check we've had has been thorough, very well explained and great care taken. Couldn't be happier.
