Chase Meadow Opticians have resolved a complex sight problems for me, with thorough examinations, expertise, patience, great communication and tests. Every step of the way, I have felt supported and have understood what we were trying, what was going on with my eyes and what my options were. I know have comfortable, well fitting, gas permeable contact lens and I'm happy with the level of sight that's been achieved. I won't be going anywhere else I the future and can thoroughly recommend Chase Meadow Opticians.

I have experienced Boots, Specsavers, Vision Express and a few others, but never have I received the care that I have experienced with Chase Meadow.
The quick eye test and the obligatory feeling, I must buy another pair of spectacles, by larger providers, are non existent with this family business.
A pleasant experience offered by Chase Meadow, with the gentle approach by the optician, ensure I will return again, as I have over the last two years.

I can't speak for the ophthalmic side of the practice because I had my eyes tested elsewhere, but the dispensing side is absolutely brilliant. So knowledgeable, and willing to share that knowledge. They fitted Jai Kudo lenses into an existing frame for me, and the result is just superb. If you haven't come across Jai Kudo, they won the Technology Award at the 2024 Optician Awards, so they are good! And nothing like as expensive as Essilor or Zeiss. Forget Specsavers and go to Chase Meadow Opticians next time.

Excellent service provided for my two little girls who had their eyes tested for the first time. One has now been prescribed glasses and she was well looked after, a good selection of glasses to choose from as well. On pick up glasses were checked well for fitting and a lovely children's gift bag was given as well to make it an even more special event.

This Opticians oozes class and fantastic customer service. I travelled from Leicestershire with my son and we purchased 4 sets of glasses all at very competitive prices. There's no pressure to buy the most expensive pairs and being a husband and wife business they have the time to spend with their customers helping them to select the right glasses shape for their face. It's very Covid safe and really modern, making it a really nice experience unlike so many other opticians. And the hi-tech equipment gives a very comprehensive view of your eyes which is shared with you. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my glasses and very soon my partner and daughter will visit too and get their next sets. I can't give any better recommendation. Give it a try I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
