Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Warwick

I had a lovely experience. Everybody was respectful and professional. My appointment times were respected and the eye tests were explained to me. My glasses were ready real quick and I am very happy with them and the entire experience.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. This is especially good for taking children who may be worried about what is happening. Everything is explained well and calmly so it is very engaging for the children. Warwick always seem to run the appointments on time and so there is limited waiting around. A really nice place to take the children for their eye tests.

Efficient and welcoming customer service, store was big, bright, clean. Great range of glasses. Optometrist was very efficient, swiftly completed all aspects of tests and kept me informed of what was being done. I was seen on time and my appointment completed in a very reasonable time frame.

My experience at Specsavers was wonderful. The staff members were absolutely delightful, and I felt very comfortable and at ease throughout my appointment. I asked several questions to different team members, and everyone was thorough, attentive, and offered great suggestions.

The lady who did the eye test was called Zara and she was absolutely amazing from start to finish, she made my son feel at ease and was clear and professional the whole time. It meant that my son's first experience was a positive one, setting the tone for future appointments. The appointment was on time and everyone in store was helpful and friendly.

I think my glasses aren't very effective because I can see better with my natural eyes than when I wear them. I don't know why. Click here to redirect Google Reviews

I had a problem with my Left eye that was worrying me over the last 2 weeks and was given good advise in the store was triaged first time left a week and problem still there , I phoned and was given another triage and then given an appointment when I asked for date. I was given several tests , I did have to ask the lady what test she was doing as she did not give this information so I would suggest they explain to the customer what tests they are doing so you don't have to ask. The optometrist that I saw was excellent he explained my situation and put me at ease and gave me very sound advise. I was happy to pay the PS25 private fee but again it would have been handy to know in advance that you was going to be charged a private fee, maybe tell the customer when they book the appointment. It is a small price to pay for peace of mind which I got . Thank you for your help Warwick Specsavers

We decided to change from Leamington to Warwick branch due to it being more spacious and quieter for my daughter who has additional needs. What a mistake its been (excluding the eye test itself) - first visit was great, lady who did my daughter's eye test was very good and really helped settle my daughter's nerves, lady helping us pick some glasses was also very helpful and understanding. Then it went downhill. Collected glasses in the new year, lady who was checking the fit, didn't speak or ask any questions on how the glasses were feeling and as my daughter has additional needs she said they were fine and we left. When we got outside the store my daughter said she isn't wearing them as the lense was too thick (myosmart lenses) and made her look weird (obviously a big deal for someone with sensory issues). We tried for a week to get her to wear them but wouldn't so I phoned the store for some advice which I received, recommended we try to encourage her to wear them as they will help, tried for another week and still no luck so I went into the branch this morning with said glasses and spoke to the lady on the front desk, half way through explaining to the lady what the situation was, a lady who I assume is some form of management piped up from the other side of the store and said it was her who I had spoken to on the phone, I explained again that I can't get my daughter to wear them and felt she was very rude and passive aggressive with no understanding of my daughter's issues, she continued to talk to me from a distance, no privacy and no suggestion of taking a seat to look at some options. I suggested we go for a standard lense in the frames we have just purchased and pay for them to be thinned, she explained that as her eyes get worse the glass will get thicker and the special lenses are designed to slow the progression down which I fully understand but surely wearing her old glasses that have the wrong prescription won't help either, I just wanted to do what I needed to do now, not think about what may happen next year as her issues might become more manageable as she gets older so we can address the thickness issue then. I think the customer service from this lady was shocking, lack of empathy and no privacy at all, spoke to me the whole time from a distance with other customer in the store, absolutely terrible experience. I will not be returning to Warwick store and will arrange to take my daughter elsewhere.
