After a dreadful experience elsewhere, I contacted McConnolls for a second opinion and they were brilliant. Raj could see I had a cataract in one eye and consequently had to have surgery on both. I now have new glasses at long last and all the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional and I couldn't recommend them enough.

I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for an eye test. Thoroughly professional service that you can be confident in.

Excellent service from a very knowledgeable and professional optometrist!! Raj went through the entire process from start to finish explaining each and every stage meticulously. The friendly staff then recommended a pair of specs from the huge variety they had on display in their beautifully presented shop. I settled on Porsche Design specs, which not only look great but are strong and durable!! I loved them so much that I bought a second pair!! I recommended Raj's services to family members, and my father promptly booked his eye test appointment and ended up purchasing a cool looking Benetton pair of glasses with the latest in technology... the super varifocal lense that maps your eye movement via a futuristic state of the art VR headset!! ... All done in store!! My wife also bought a pair of reading glasses, loving their modern chic style of frame designs the shop has to offer!! The lovely staff kept us informed every step of the way from point of order to arrival!! I would not hesitate to recommend this professionally run Optometrist to anyone!! A++

The optician was so thorough so glad someone recommended us to come here. My second visit and the service is consistent.
