America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I recently had an outstanding experience at America's Best! From the moment I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The Manager was not only professional and knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything clearly and offered friendly, helpful advice tailored to my vision needs. The staff went above and beyond with their customer service--patient, kind, and truly invested in making sure I had a great experience. The environment was clean, organized, and comfortable, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for an optometrist who combines expertise with genuine care and hospitality, I highly recommend America's Best. They truly live up to their name!

This place is just a money scam and not real care. I went in for my exam and they told me my prescription was good for 2 years. I called for questions about a contact brand, and they then decided that I cannot but more contacts because August would be a year since my last exam and I would now need to be seen and have another exam to purchase another 6 months worth of contacts. They just want as much money as you are willing to give them without actually changing anything. I won't be coming back.

Easy to schedule appointment! Appointment on time! Eye Dr. seemed rushed, forgot to include prism in my script! Fortunately Jenn is going to take care of getting it corrected! I enjoyed looking/trying on new frames! They have an incredible amount of frames too! Every color, shape & size something for everyone! America's Best has been my favorite place for the past 10 years to have the best frames & high quality lenses! Truly the best!! Jenn was patient and helpful both! She has a plethora of knowledge! Grateful for this experience to actually be enjoyable! Thank You Jenn! You are the BEST! Highly recommend this location!!

The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The glasses are the best quality I've had so far. The price is fair and not too crazy. Other places you're spending 1000$ for all the fancy additions, but not here. I got my glasses relatively fast and didn't have to wait too long. Definitely recommend.

Every time I come in I am reminded of why I keep coming back! Emily and Damien are always so helpful and persistent with problem solving. The woman with short hair (who I believe is the manager) is also so unbelievably kind! I definitely keep coming back for the customer service, not the eye exam itself.

I had a great experience here. My exam was quick and easy. The service I was especially impressed with was provided by Liz in the front of the store. I told her I was going to have to wait until my next paycheck to order frames. She worked to find me a deal where I ended up getting two frames and the eye exam for $51. The exam alone would have been $60. I appreciate that she took the time and care to find something that would work for me. Liz was amazing!

I've been to the Clinton location probably about 5-6 times in the past year for different reasons and have always had the best experience. The entire staff is very friendly and professional, but Liz is amazing! She always goes above and beyond to help us and makes my kids feel comfortable. We will continue going in as long as Liz is there.

I can't say enough good about this place. I have been in there twice over the past six months for a family member and two weeks ago for myself. The only reason I went back is because of how they treated my stepdaughter last fall. Two weeks ago, I went in for a new pair of glasses, and they could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. Lizzy worked with me, and she was amazing! I got my glasses a few days after my order, and I am very happy with them. I can't recall at time in my life that I have ever been able to see as well as I do now. Thank you, Lizzy and to the rest of the people who had a hand in making my glasses! You people are awesome!
