Clinton Family Vision

I was very impressed with this vision center! Dr. Mortensen took great care of my children for their glasses exams. He explained things clearly and made us feel at home. It was the first time my kids felt the eye doctor actually listened to them. This was definitely one of the best experiences we've had with an optometrist. We loved the machine that replaced dilation with the eye drops and enjoyed having the image explained to us. We had a blast trying on glasses frames. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because it took a couple minutes to be greeted when we arrived and waited at the desk, but once we got their attention, it was great.

Dr. Clark is amazing! He explains everything in depth to me and ensures that I understand why we are doing certain tests, what he is looking for and is extremely clear with his diagnosis and the best treatment plan to start with and where we may end up going. He makes me feel heard and confident in my care. Highly recommend him!

Most pleasant experience with all these great professionals! People always ask me how come I see so good and take the wildlifephotos that I do. I tell them all the credit goes to your amazing team! Thanks for all you do!

Best customer service! All of the staff were very nice and helpful, especially Lisa. She helped me and my husband pick out our glasses and went over our benefits. She was very thorough, so kind and easy to talk to.

I had a great experience with Clinton Family Vision! I didn't feel rushed at all, I was taken care of from the moment I stepped in the door to when I left, and I got all of my questions answered. The staff was so attentive, and Dr. Mortensen was amazing. He took the time to listen to my concerns and then made sure to address them during the exam. I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone!

All staff I interacted with are so nice and willing to assist with any questions. my exam was a little long because i allowed a student doctor to do my exam, but i was happy to be a patient to provide experience for her. I moved to Salt Lake, further from the office, but wanted to keep Clinton Family Vision as my eye doctors because of how good they are !

My family and I have been going to Clinton Family Vision for about 3 years now, and they continue to impress us every visit. I brought my 8-year-old in for a check-up today, and once again, they didn't disappoint. The front desk staff are always so welcoming, and the tech who helped us was kind, patient, and never made us feel rushed. The doctor had an amazing bedside manner and made my little one feel completely at ease. Even though she didn't end up needing glasses (much to her disappointment after picking out a cool pair!), the overall experience was wonderful, just like it always is. Highly recommend this office for families!
