Dr. Jeffrey Tipton

I've been going to Dr. Tipton for the last ten years and he has always provided the most trusted and thorough eye exam. When I was having trouble with alarming changes in my vision he was quick to diagnose my condition and promptly referred me to a specialist before any more damage was done. I recommend him to everyone I can! Thank you, Dr. Tipton!

Dr. Tipton has been very helpful in managing an on-going eye problem that I have. He is very good at follow-up appointments and re-checks. One time I had a problem that he needed help with and was sent to another great practioner that came highly recommended. He seems caring and conscious about his patients and their eye care.

Dr. Tipton is a wonderful optometrist! I have lots of allergies in my eyes and have had a hard time finding a contact lens brand that my eyes could handle. He has helped me try several brands until we found the perfect fit for my eyes. I am so thankful to him for helping me get contacts. Will be going to him from now on.

My son had been going to another ophthalmologist's office (a popular one) for years and always complained that he had a hard time seeing, even after exams and a new prescription. His prescription was constantly changing. As a mom without vision problems, I didn't understand. We would do follow-ups and go back, and nothing seemed to get his vision close to 20/20. We decided to try Dr. Tipton at Walmart and were glad we did. He performed a thorough eye exam that my son had never had before. He completed a vision test with his recent three months ago prescription from the other place, and it was clear that my son couldn't see. He provided him with a trial pair of contacts. I asked my son if he felt the new prescription was better he said it was 110% better. Dr. Tipton performed another thorough exam after wearing the contacts for one week and dilated his eyes (this also was something we had never had before). The staff fit him with glasses and measured where his pupils were on the glasses; this was new to us and made sense. Dr. Tipton explained the importance of eye care and exams, especially with my son in contact sports. As a mother, I am thankful we made the switch (especially with a new driver) and would recommend him to everyone. I was highly impressed with Dr. Tipton's care and the staff provided to my son. Thank you for helping my son.

I have been very lucky to have Dr Tipton as my Optometrist. I came in as a walk in visit and he diagnosed me with a detached retina. He set me up with the best Dr. in the State to repair my vision. I have followed up with him since then and he is always very thorough with my visits. He is very personable and cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr Tipton and his staff were very nice they were so helpful in answering all our questions & super patient with us while we picked out glasses and ordered contacts. My family and I have been going to Dr. Tipton for several years now. All the prescriptions we've received are accurate. Any advice he has given has been great. He is conscious of costs to the customers and gives several recommendations on contacts, eye care and supplies. With the Covid-19 crisis, he is constantly using hand sanitizers as well as the other PPE and safe work practices. I have been to several different eye doctors in the past, some great, some not so great. I can go to any, I chose Dr. Tipton for his knowledge, taking time to explain, and accuracy.
