Had a Great experience with all staff except one that seemed a little off, but everyone has their bad days! I just wanted to Thank Estefania for helping me choose each pair I got! She was so patient and polite! Great Customer Service! I got 4 pairs. My Husband did as well. Also Conner is really good with Customer Service, We had a great conversation. He is funny as well. Everyone overall was nice. Thank you for the help!

Just finished my "exam" today. My feedback is about setting good expectations. I realize NOW that when I booked the appointment it said that I was signing up for a "Remote" appointment and what THAT means. But during the booking process AND the check in process NOBODY explained what that meant. Nobody! That would've changed my expectations and would have changed my decision to book the appointment. If someone would've called out what this would look like and the technology available to make this an effective exam I would not have walked away feeling like I just got a second rate exam. It's my vision we're playing with here folks! I know I could've walked away at the moment I realized what's happening, but after waiting for two hours you're kinda beaten into submission. Btw...new employee by the name of Shauna did a good job. I could tell she was given minimal training and was really trying hard to figure out a difficult system. Thanks AB for bizarre experience today. Healthcare is changing for sure! They are awesome I have a quick event I had to go to and needed some help with my contacts Brandi was so nice enough to help me, as well as the other coworkers thank you for your kindness and always helping me with any glasses/contacts problems! You guys are truly the best!!

Absolutely unimpressed! What was supposed to be a short appointment resulted in 2hrs. My son and BF lasted most of the time waiting. Their excuse was "doctors are taking more time with patients" there was no physical doctor. I received my half ass prescription for my son was well and I bet he's gna have to go in there again to get the rest of his prescription filled after I paid out of pocket! It's annoying that my bf and I are FT employees and we try to take time off to make it happen and stuff like this happened. Already looking at other options. I rather take the time with ppl that actually care for patients and fill out their whole prescriptions not half ass it.i had to do 1 star to post but honestly I wouldn't give a star

Great location, great staff. Unfortunately staff has to deal with machine problems and remote optometrist which has caused a lot of rescheduling of appointments. I don't mind too much and they have been very kind throughout the process and it's not the staffs fault.., but this location really just needs to hire an in person optometrist again. Hoping the management/owners read this and make a change.

Brandy Young was FANTASTIC help, in selection and answering my questions! She was knowledgeable and excellent in her field. I always look for her to help me in my selection and fit of glasses, as well as help with contact lenses. She even aided me in finding a frame that was older and not in her Logan Utah shop. I highly recommend her !

Accidentally left my sunglasses at home while traveling to Utah. I need my prescription sunglasses and went to this business. They were immediately super accommodating and I found a frame for a reasonable price. The total cost was less than feared and they even completed the order way before their estimated date. I'm very happy with my new glasses. They fit great, are light and I can fully enjoy the beautiful outdoors in Utah. I would highly recommend this business and will be happy to get future glasses done here as well.

Brandy Young was amazing. She helped me find the perfect pairs of glasses and the fit and look are amazing. She is excellent in making sure that customers are happy! Highly recommend!
