They took the time needed to help my daughter get what she wanted for her glasses. Everyone there was friendly and polite and patient and the atmosphere was not rushed. It was really great. They let us take the time we needed to pick her glasses frames. The doctor we saw was very friendly, Professional and polite. He took the time needed to make sure that my daughter was going to be able to see. It was really great compared to what we have experienced in the past.

Great company great people! Whenever I go in it seems they're busy, and I think that's for a reason. I've been getting my glasses from Baldwin Optical for over 10 years now and they've treated me great every time helping me get what I'm looking for! 10/10 recommend.

WORST customer service ever!!! One star rating is being generous. We ordered glasses on December 2 & was told to expect them in 10 business days. My wife & I were also told to expect a phone call when they were ready. After waiting for 2 1/2 weeks & not hearing from them my wife called & was told to expect them to be in within the week. After waiting another week she again called & was told that Bob had broken a lens so the glasses had to be re-ordered. She was again told to expect a phone call to let us know when they were ready. My wife called back 10 days later on December 28 because we had not heard from them & she was told that the company would not be able to make the glasses until the end of January! She informed them that we were not going to wait another 4 or more weeks for glasses that we were told we would have by mid-December. She then asked for a refund & the next day when we went in to pick up the check Bob walked right by as we were waiting at the desk without even acknowledging us. At no time was there ever an apology made for the delays, lack of communication on their part or the poor customer service we received. We would not recommend Baldwin Optical to anyone as this was probably the WORST experience we've ever had in dealing with a local business.

I've always been treated with kindness at Baldwin Optical, but I was blown away with the time and care taken in my last eye exam. I have a unique set of eyes , Dr. Perez easily spent an hour or more trying to help me get my prescription just right. My last eye care place (Eye Care For You) did NOT take the time to get the prescription right or listen to any concerns I've ever had. I really hope everyone at Baldwin Optical know how much I appreciate their kindness and effort- I am very happy with them.

I went in to have my glasses adjusted that I purchased from another local eye clinic. (That are not experienced with adjusting glasses) Even though I did not purchase them here, I knew that they would be able to help me because I've purchased glasses from them in the past and they always adjust them to my face perfectly. Bob was able to adjust my glasses that weren't even made for my skinny face in the first place with no problem! Thank you so much Bob and staff for always taking such great care of my glasses/vision care, every time I come into your north and south clinic!

My wife has bought glasses here more than once. This time it took 2 months to get her glasses and the kept lying about when they were coming in. So she finally got them and the frames broke. They glued them together as a warranty and told us they would order a new pair. And never did. Now they say that the warranty is over and it was her fault for the problems with the glasses. It is a good way to lose business. I will spend my money elsewhere. Don't lie to people. If you can't or don't want to help just say so.

I'm very disappointed with the service. I've been waiting for safety glasses for awhile. No one follows up, no messages nothing almost as if they don't exist. I have made many attempts only to leave messages that are not returned, they don't answer the phone. Finally I get someone who does not know what's going on and have seemed to have misplaced my lens, or I get the run around we're working on it. I come in and they marked my glasses with a X and now they are saying the warranty has expired WOW!! How convenient for them. As of now I still don't have my glasses. Think about going and doing business with them because they conduct business so POORLY!!

These guys great! I have been getting my glasses here for the last several years. They have always been kind and professional. Whenever I've had a problem with my frames, they took care of me right away. I felt like I needed to leave a review and acknowledge the genuine experience.
