Changing to a different Optometrist. Called several times, each one no answer and never did they return my call. I wasn't even rude when I left a message and regardless if they say its apparently faster service when you go to their website, they as a business, should call you back. I understand businesses get busy, but at least call people back. Perhaps that may be the only communication they have and thats easier for them like the elderly.

I only stopped here cause my usual location was unavailable when I needed new contacts, but I was taken away by how the service and care was here at Emerald EC in Logan. I will make this location my new and recurring visit each and every time I need new contacts or glasses. The Doctor was extremely informal, helpful, and detailed about my vision. This is easily a Family oriented environment and not only the Doctor was very helpful, the entire staff was welcoming and had a very speedy process in getting you taken care of from the start. It's definitely enough for me to say that I'll be back regardless if my insurance declares out of network for this Optomitry.

First time experiencing a virtual visit when I took my 85 year old mother in for her eye exam. She was impressed by all the state of the art equipment. It's amazing to see the pictures of the back of your eye. Very friendly and helpful staff. They explained everything thoroughly and answered all of our questions.
