Came in just needing 1 or 2 pairs of contacts for an upcoming trip. Turns out my prescription had expired. They were so nice and managed to get me an appointment that day! I didn't have a babysitter lined up and they said it was just fine. They sat and colored with my toddler while I had the exam and then they gave me some single use contacts so I wouldn't have to buy a whole box for one day of snorkeling. They were so kind about everything!

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Ellsworth, Gina and Mallory today. From start to finish it was a great visit. Mallory and Gina are so knowledgeable when it comes to picking frames that suit your face. They helped me find the cutest pair of glasses that I can't wait to wear. I never felt rushed or pressured into purchasing anything. Dr. Ellsworth is not only a skilled practitioner, but a very personable guy. I have had problems with wearing contacts on the past and he listened to my concerns. He was invested in helping me find lenses I could tolerate wearing and ordered me several samples to accomplish this. He took the time to get to know me and made sure my new glasses would Fit snug enough to stay on while chasing my toddler around. This has been my best experience with optical care, cannot recommend this office enough.

SUPER amazing!! I had been having struggles with seeing clearly and needed a new eye doctor. I couldn't recommend Dr. Ellsworth and his office enough! Very helpful and kind. Dr. Ellsworth was compassionate, knowledgeable and took the time to hear my concerns. They have a nice office with state of the art equipment. The only negative I could think of is not having gone to him sooner!

I came in after having an eye injury and his staff were so sweet and kind, my eye ended up needing multiple follow-ups due to bleeding had stopped but pressure was still increasing in my eye. he had me come in every day to check the pressure at no additional charge and even came in extra on a Saturday, at which point the pressure was up where I needed to start medication so started that on Saturday, he had me come in again special on Sunday, and came in just for me on Sunday morning to see if the medication was working and the pressure had gone down, which, fortunately it had! I was not an existing patient and was brand new the day I walked in after my injury, so this was above and beyond care and consideration esp for a brand new patient, and I was only charged for the initial consultation as I don't have insurance and cost definitely an issue, especially Christmas and holiday months . also obvious he knew what he was talking about, and had lots of experience, and again his staff are the sweetest and cutest ladies!

I have a teenage son who was adamant about NOT getting glasses, but desperately needed them! Luck of the google search Dr. Ellsworths office came up and within 30 minutes of my call we were being seen! Dr. Ellsworth was so patient with my son even with the attitude he was giving him. He took the time and explained things he even teased him and got a few smiles! He is the most genuine caring person and is so professional. He listens and really hears what you say! And I cannot say enough about Gina, she greets you with a smile and knows you by name. Her laugh is contagious and she makes you feel like you are the only person in the room! Amazing staff! Since taking my son I have taken my daughter and myself for exams! I don't know of any offices that will squeeze you in just to make a slight adjustment! Probably the best experience I have ever had with any kind of doctor and office! 5 stars are just not enough!!

I had been searching all over town for the thinner thick 80's secretary style glasses that I've been wearing for years. No luck..... Apparently they're out of style. Logan optical suggested Dr. Ellsworths..... Their selection was par none!!! Kari took me to a room that had hundreds of back stocked glasses, all name brands!!!! It was amazing . The customer service was fantastic!! They really took their time to make sure I was happy. When checking out Gina helped get me set up for insurance reimbursement and was extremely pleasant and friendly. Ive been wearing glasses for over 30 years and I can honestly say, it was probably the best experience I've ever had shopping for them. I honestly don't think 5 stars does them justice. THANK YOU

Dr. Ellsworth is my go to eye doctor for many years now. Confession time; I hadn't been to see him in 7 yrs. Due to; where the heck did the time go? Goodness me. Anyhow, I was very impressed with the (new to me) equipment he used for my eye exam. Very cool! After much deliberation I finally found my perfect frames from the wide variety to choose from. The atmosphere of compassionate education on my eye health to make informed decisions is unremarkable. The helpfulness and joyful humor of the office staff is beyond words. It's the reason I keep going back.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Ellsworth for years. He's a great optometrist and takes the needed time to listen. Does not over book patients so your never waiting long. They also have a great selection of frames.
