What a pleasant experience with Dr. Knudson and the Retina Associates' staff! Everyone was highly professional and very friendly. Dr. Knudson was thorough and explained the medical issues well. Her explanation included what may or may not happen with my eye problem. She is upbeat and very supportive! Outstanding physician!

My retina detached in my left eye in 2013. The surgery was performed by Dr Kwan and I was able to regain my eyesight. In 2023, my right eye had some tears in my retina and again, Dr Kwan operated on me. He is a very skilled surgeon and very friendly and professional.

Dr. James Howard and his staff were very thorough and caring as they treated my retinal issues. They went out of their way to ensure that I received the best care possible. I trust their work and their recommendations of medical care.

I developed a macular hole in my right eye on October 2, 2025. My ophthalmologist, Dr. Steven Young, got me an appointment on October 6th to see Dr. Victoria Knudsen, a retina specialist. After a few short tests including taking photos of the insides of my eyes, she immediately was able to see what the issue was; I had developed a macular hole in my right eye. She scheduled me to have surgery on October 27th with Dr. Rachael Jacoby. I returned to see Dr. Knudsen on October 28th, the day following my surgery for my first post-op visit to have the bandages removed from my eye and to determine if the surgery had been successful. The answer was YES. Everyone at this facility, including but not limited to Dr, Knudsen and LaPreal have shown me nothing but complete kindness along with care and concern. I'm sorry I don't know more of their names. But, I must give special recognition also to both of the women at the front desk. They are both true angels on earth. Although I had to go to the Salt Lake City area for the surgery to repair my macular hole, I am grateful Retina Associates of Utah has this clinic in the Logan area so I could get my diagnosis as well as receive my surgical after care here where I live. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who may be having issues with their retina(s).

I have never been to a friendlier place. Every time I came through the door I was greeted by name and multiple times throughout my visit. I wish this place was a restaurant so I could go all the time - it would be my favorite place to go!

The staff is very efficient. Well organized and the staff and Doctors work well together. Great atmosphere.

Dr. Jacoby and the retina staff are absolutely outstanding! From my first visit, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Jacoby's expertise and thoroughness gave me complete confidence in my treatment, and the staff's kindness and professionalism made every appointment a positive experience. They truly go above and beyond. Highly recommend this team for anyone needing exceptional retina care!

Everyone at the facility was very courteous and showed concern for what was going with my eyes. The doctor explained what was going on with my eyes. Took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks you to everyone at that facility.
