Shopko Optical

Shopko used to be our favorite place honestly. I called in May to get an appointment but I was having a baby in June so they told me to wait but they told me if I called after I had a baby they could get me right in because they should have an eye doctor by then. (They said they only had subs at the time.) I called in June after my baby, and I was told they didn't have an appointment until late August? Which actually really annoyed me because I had been told I could get in immediately. So I told them to call me when they could get me in. I got called late July to tell me after August 20th. I told them we need a Saturday and they said don't do Saturdays. So I said after 5:00 and they said they don't do after 5:00, 4:30 is the latest appointment. It's super frustrating because I could have already found somewhere else and when you look online it says they are open until 6:00 and open on Saturdays. It was originally one of them main reasons we chose them years ago. I'm actually really sad because we used to love this place and loved the doctor we had. If they ever went back to getting people in in a timely manner and went back to their original hours, I would 100% change my review because that's how much we love them.

So...I have the puppy from H E double hockey sticks who ate my month old glasses. We were able to get them replaced (it took a bit of work, the frames have been discontinued) and two weeks later Despite my efforts, Joey got the glasses again. We did the walk of shame into Shopko Optical to explain.........they were very nice, although I doubt they would entrust me with anything of value I have been going there for years and would always recommend Shopko Optical.

Shitty service! I walked in and looked around on 5 different occasions, never got asked anything for 20 min. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that shes not there or busy everytime. Even for a long time original "Shopko" employee from logan. I have found that walmart has better selection of name brand frames, same lenses at half the cost.

I had the best experience at this location. I was helped by someone named Rachel. She was friendly and informative. She even helped me feel relaxed when it came to the stress of having my toddler with me. I have recommended this location to my whole family because of its family friendly environment.

Rachel was so kind and helpful! From the second she answered the phone with such a good attitude I knew I was getting the help I needed! Standard optical up the road caused so many problems numerous times and in a one minute phone call Rachel was able to fix my situation and earn a long term customer. Thank you so much!! Can't express the gratitude I feel!

Dr. Jepson is always professional and doesn't push you into purchasing things you don't want. He also listened to complaints I had about certain contacts I was using. He suggested a better option for me. It worked great! Kassidy K. helped me with ordering contacts. She greeted me with a friendly face and was very personable.

Such friendly and kind staff! I went in to fix my husbands glasses and they went above and beyond. Definitely recommend.

I am thoroughly impressed with the service at the Shopko in Logan! I bought a pair of glasses online from a different company about 2 years ago and after being completely fed up with them falling off my face every time I bent down, I realized I could get them adjusted for free from Shopko! I walked in and was immediately helped. The lady was very nice and personable and once I told her about my glasses, she cleaned them, tightened the arms and adjusted them all in less that 2 min. My glasses feel brand new again and the best part, THEY DON'T FALL OFF MY FACE!! I will definitely be back to buy my next pair of glasses.
