I saw Dr Waterman for the first-time last week and was so impressed with him. He took the time to listen to my concerns and never made me feel like he didn't care. He has a very friendly personality, and I will certainly go back. His staff was great too.

My daughter's regular eye Dr recommended she see Waterman because her eyesight sometimes go blurry. He checked her eyes and told me they were "nearly perfect". He told me, "the thing is, she can see just fine. She's just saying she can't", all with a huge smile on his face, my daughter sitting there listening. He turned to my daughter and complimented her for "not trying to fake the eye exam just to try to make it look like she needed glasses, like some girls her age do". Not impressed with a Dr who belittles a child and completely discounts an issue she's been dealing with for over 4 years! Unprofessional! Also, we waited 40 min in the waiting room. He said he was doing a procedure he needed his assistant to help with. Otherwise his assistant would have seen my daughter.

Truly one star is giving far too much credit for Dr. Waterman. In all my years of seeing optometrists I have never encountered such issues with getting a simple prescription for glasses and contacts. Issues so major that the Walmart eye care could not even resolve with multiple attempts, visits and calls back and forth to Dr. Waterman's office. Firstly, I was prescribed the wrong prescription. Not only was my prescription incorrect but it was also prescribed to the wrong eye. This happened with BOTH my contact and glasses prescription (which, by the way were completely different from each other and not even corresponding to the prescription according to another optometrist). Secondly, Dr. Waterman suggested to me that every other optometrist I had seen in the past 15+ years were completely wrong about my eye condition (they were not). In fact, Dr. Waterman acted as if he had no idea what the medical term for my condition meant when I presented the information. Pure fiasco. Avoid Dr. Waterman at all costs.

After czteact surgery,I have gray clouds over both eyes and scar tissues behind both of them. Waterman laughed and said I've always had this problem. NOt True and NOT FUNNY!!!

I have been Dr. Waterman's patient for many years and am shocked to see bad reviews. My experiences, including cataract surgery, have all been EXCELLENT.

tried to get an emergency apt as he was the on call doc. But they said they switched on call docs. I called two other ones and they said the same thing

Gone here since I was a kid. Always great service. Excellent place to go.

They are very friendly.
