They say they close at 12 for lunch, but I arrived before 12 and it was already closed. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. I definitely don't recommend them. Besides, there are about 10 people working; they should leave one person so customers can pick up their glasses. The glasses are expensive and poor quality. Don't waste your time; go somewhere else, don't come there

Really amazingly helpful. I had a strange eye dilemma, some serious redness and discomfort from nothing trauma-relate, so I called and explained the issue, they actually had me take a picture and send it in to be sure they understood what was happening, then amazingly they had an opening a half hour later where the squeezed me in. Received a consultation and a prescription, and I'm on the mend already. So so grateful.
