I have been seeing Carrie Palmer since I was a kid and she was at a different location (i even got my first babysitting gig while at an exam). It absolutely amazes me how with such long stretches between appointments she remembers not only me but my own children and their needs. She has never been anything but pleasant, attentive, and welcoming with an added mention of her impeccable memory. I genuinely dont know who I would see other than her. I have recommended her to many people and I hope that they appreciate her as much as I have in the 20ish years I have.

I had been having issues with my eyes for about a year, specifically with contacts. I couldn't wear them for even 2 minutes before they became extremely blurry and uncomfortable. I called Family Vision Care and they got me in the very next day with Dr. Ward. She was phenomenal. Professional, personable, attentive, and friendly. She examined me, explained everything in great detail and told me I have severe dry eye. My last eye doctor told me my eyes were dry but there was really nothing I could do about it. She gave me lots of education about how to treat it. She gave me a microwavable eye mask to do hot compresses, special eye drops, and told me what things to avoid. Best doctors appointment I've had in years!
