Clarus Vision Clinic

Update 09/14/21: Just had my eye exam and new glasses done in Clarus Optical Department and I could not be happier. Steve was great to work with, patient and helpful. This was my first time getting glasses from the clinic itself and I could not be happier! I recently had my eyes examined here and the staff was very nice and pleasant. They were caring, patient and explained everything. I would definitely recommend them.

Went to Clarus for the first time. They got me on their schedule super quick despite my difficult work schedule. I was taken back within 10 minutes of finishing my patient paper work. The medical assistant was very friendly and explained the process very well. I saw the physician very soon. The only complaint is that there seems to have been a miscommunication with billing and insurance. Apparently a procedure was done that I was unaware would not be included in my annual visit was performed. I think I would have still decided to do it I was just shocked when they asked me to pay a sum I was not expecting on my way out. Otherwise my experience was great!

Loved it, loved it, loved it! I've been searching for a Vision Doctor that I felt comfortable with and who I didn't feel like was ripping me off. Well, I found him and his great staff. Dr. Christiansen, (no relation) is friendly and flexible. His staff gets you in and out without those long waits between seeing someone. The eye prescription was included which is extra at some clinics. Overall it was just a good experience and I will definitely be staying with this group until I don't need glasses anymore which will be never.

Great physicians can be taken down by poor office staff! I had a wonderful cataract experience with Dr. Christiansen, BUT the office is taking this great practicing doctor down. Poor attention to client check in, poor billing practice where my payment on my credit card is not documented. I am not going back in the future for the other eye and unfortunately have paid for a set of glasses and hopefully I get get the prescription filled and be done with Clarus. I am just keen on office staff being professional performing and my experience now with Clarus, has been short of that one.

I was very impressed with the staff and the quality of care I received here. They were so friendly and professional and welcoming and they made me feel comfortable. I had a lot of concerns with my eyes and they addressed and answered all of my questions. I ordered a new pair of glasses and the staff member was helping me choose the best pair for me price wise and style wise. He went over costs for things and helped me make the best decision. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. They were great!

I have brought my mom here for several appointments. They are always very patient, and proficient. The staff is always friendly. Dr. Rupp performed surgery on both of my mom's eyes a few months back and everything has progressed great with her eyes. Elise saw her today, was extremely kind, professional and patient, and was able to get her prescription better than perfect! I would definitely recommend Clarus Vision Clinic. In fact, I will be coming back for myself very soon.

Over the years, I've had many eye exams, and these folks are the most thorough by far. This is my second year with Clarus Vision Clinic. I've been very impressed Dr. Christiansen, his staff, and their facility. Do plan on spending some time there. There is not a long wait time to start your exam with their techs, but the doctor himself may take a little while to get in to see you as he does spend quality time with each patient.

My wife and I had an excellent visit. The front end staff was friendly and pleasant. Doctor Jason Holmes was very friendly, professional and through. After our eye examines I had to pick out a frame for some glasses and the two individuals working the glass frame area were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend visiting Doctor Jason Holmes and Clarus Vision Clinic for your eye examine and eye doctor needs.
